About Teff Love:

Teff Love is a 185 page vegan Ethiopian cookbook with tons of recipes and information. You’ll find the basics like injera, seasoned oil and berbere to all of the “veggie combo classics” you’d expect to find. Plus lots of less familiar but equally delicious recipes, and some fusion ones, too!

Most of the ingredients are readily available, but there are some specialty ingredients you’ll need to source. These are easy to find in local or virtual Ethiopian markets.

All recipes are gluten-free except for one, which uses gluten as a protein option.
